Having read many reports of the clutch being a problem on puma, I have found out it is not the clutch that is the problem it is the master cylinder putting pressure on the clutch slave cylinder causing the clutch to slip.

Got my first Puma (S reg) in June 2004, got my second (Y reg) May 2006 both silver, cracking little cars! Really need a new car but nothing else takes my fancy. Luckily best friend (her Dad works for Ford) has just advised me that they are about to go back into production |

I've had my puma almost a year now and it's fantastic, just found this site and it's so nice to see someone who obviously loves the puma as much as me. |
